The Anycubic Photon Mono M7 is a state-of-the-art resin 3D printer, boasting an incredible 14K resolution (13,312 x 5,120 pixels) on a monochrome LCD screen. This allows for ultra-fine detail and exceptional print quality. The printer features a LightTurbo 3.0 system with a powerful COB light source, enabling uniform and efficient curing across the entire build platform. With a build volume of 223 x 126 x 230 mm, automatic bed leveling, and smart features like print failure detection, the Photon Mono M7 is designed for both precision and reliability. Additionally, it comes with the AirPure air purifier, ensuring a cleaner printing environment.

Light Turbo 3.0 lighting system & 14K display

The resin printer uses the new Light Turbo 3.0 light system in combination with a high-resolution 14K screen. The result is better overall performance of the light source and faster curing of the printed model layers.

The 14K screen has a resolution of 13312 x 5120 pixels and an XY resolution of 16.8 x 24.8 µm. This allows you to print detailed and complex structures with maximum precision and sharp details as well as a beautiful surface quality.

COB light source with front-facing reflectors + Fresnel lenses

The Photon Mono M7 utilises a new optical design solution consisting of a COB light source with forward-facing reflectors and Fresnel lenses. The technology ensures uniform light intensity within an angle of ≤ 3° and a light uniformity of ≥ 90 %.

A special light-off compensation algorithm can dynamically adjust the light switch-off time of the light source under the display to the exposure area of the print model.

Automatic levelling

The resin printer is ready for immediate use. The device is automatically and precisely levelled to "zero", eliminating the need for manual levelling.

Automatic Intelligent Detection Features

With seven intelligent detection features and automatic startup inspections, the printing operation process is streamlined, reducing human-induced errors and achieving a collaborative experience in light curing 3D printing.

Intelligent assistance systems

• Failed print detection: When issues such as layer gaps, bottom dropouts, or detachment occur during the printing process, printing is automatically paused and a popup reminder is issued, facilitating timely adjustment to printing tasks, thus avoiding resin and time wastage.
• Release film lifespan management: Automatically monitor the number of times the release film is peeled off. Upon reaching 45.000 times, users are reminded to replace it promptly to avoid subsequent printing failures due to decreased release film performance.
• Residue detection in the resin vat: Detect solid residues inside the resin vat and promptly alert the user with a pop-up window to avoid damage to the screen due to manual inspection oversights.
• Resin level detection: When the resin level in the vat is below the amount required for slicing printing, users are reminded to refill it promptly.
• Platform installation status detection: Quickly assess the platform’s installation status. In case of abnormalities, a pop-up reminder prompts timely adjustments.
• Component connection status detection: Automatically check the status of release film and Resin Auto-Fill Unit.
• Real-time sensing curves in printing status: Real-time presentation and monitoring of the printing area and release force data of each model layer during printing.

AirPure air purifier included

The Anycubic AirPure air purifier has a built-in, easily replaceable activated carbon filter that can effectively absorb and filter up to 99% of VOCs as well as unpleasant resin odours.

Simplified slicing process

• The slicer supports slicing models and saving file designs anytime, anywhere
• Thanks to a special algorithm (vector slicing), a sliced model file is compressed to reduce memory required for storage on the device when the model is transferred.
• With the built-in multi-task management, you can track the print status of multiple printers in real-time and manage them as needed.
• The Auto Repair function shows you any defects in your model file and how many, and repairs them automatically so that you can complete your printing process successfully.
